Exclamation Gadget Flashback Special Edition: The VCR!

We have several VCRs. DH put some of our favorites on DVD, but we still have some VHS workouts that we pop into the VCR now and then.

(For you whippersnappers, a "VCR" is a Video Cassette Recorder/Player.)

Do you ever do VHS video workouts?

Raising my hand over here. I have VCR hooked up so I can use a strength workout on an old Gaiam VHS called Walking Fit. It was part of a kit that included the VHS tape with strength and stretching workouts, a CD with an audio walking workout, a pair of padded dumbbells, and a stretch strap. The instructor is Madeleine Lewis. At one point I had the VHS copied onto a DVD-R, but something happened to it. I should probably copy it again. If my VHS copy gets ruined, I won't be happy!

I still do VHS workouts. We have several combo DVD/VCR players. I like having the VCR because sometimes I find good old workouts at the thrift store. I like having that option.

I have a duel dvd/vhs player and use my old Tae Bo and a few other vhs every so often.

I'd like to find another just as a backup. I should do a look online.

Never. No longer have a VCR. And yet I cannot part with my original Firm VHS tapes.

LOL. I no longer have a VCR, and the only VHS we own is our wedding video (which I should really get converted!)

I had to acquire one from a garage sale a few months ago, once I had my VHS tapes sent out to me. I still use it about once a week.
