I'm betting they will help with that. Not so much help for arthritic hands and wrists.

I recall being interested in them, but the unbiased reviews at VF convinced me not to.

Thanks VF'ers!

With the word "jellies" in the name of the product, I though they would be softer. I didn't like them under my knees or under my wrists.

That was one of those VF bandwagons I wish I hadn't jumped on.

I had considered buying these because I was having problems with my knees on traditional yoga mats for barre, but then decided to go with a thicker mat and that helped a lot.

I bought some, then returned them. They were too large, I think, for what I wanted. I bought WAGs gloves and used them for years until Nicki Doane and Eddie Modestini taught me better hand alignment that reduced the wrist pressure so down dog etc. became more comfortable. I don't know where my WAGs are now - there should be two pairs around here somewhere.

I’ve never used the yoga jellies, but I do have two of these YogaRat pads and I love them! I mainly use them under my knees, wrists, & tailbone. They are also great to elevate your head just a little for mat work. I also use them under my calves for seated work to elevate sensitive heels. They are invaluable in my yoga practice!
