I've found that the yoga and Pilates workouts that use weights work well with light weights. Some of these are Denise Austin's Hot Body Yoga, Denise Austin Body Makeover Mix, Ellen Barrett Burn and Firm Pilates, Ellen Barrett Slim Sculpt, and Ellen Barrett Skinny Sculpt.

I have Jeannette Jenkins' Hollywood Trainer: Kickboxing Bootcamp and Sexy Arms, Abs and Legs and use 3 or 4 lbs with them.

Jillian Michaels says she is using 3 lbs weights in No More Trouble Zones.

Some others that use light weights:
Self's Bikini Ready Fast and Trim and Tone Fast
Ellen Barrett's Studio Workouts
Tracy Anderson's workouts-but I think she does alot of plank work that might be too hard on your wrists

Hope that helps.

I think you could get a great workout with any of the Firm workouts (from Classics to current) using light weights.

Be careful with the plank work on Dream Body!! Maybe you should do more traditional stuff with light weights -- I know it might not sound that appealing, but you certainly don't want a setback.

Most barre workouts are light weights.
