looking for suggestions: barre cardio

I'm currently doing what (for me) is a dream rotation: the lifting sections of BOD LIIFT4, and sections of barre. I did a LIIFT 4 rotation last year, but really only liked the lifting. I've done lots of barre but don't like the total body workout every. single. time. So I was thrilled to find on Joel Freeman's FB page a calendar of hybrid lifting and barre. The only glitch is that the barre workouts on BOD are led by Elise "Joan" Gulan and I've tried but cannot tolerate her, even with the sound off (she keeps the woo-woo factor going with huge affirmation charts). I have a good collection of barre DVDs, and have no trouble finding chapters for legs, core, booty, upper body, and full body. But the calendar has barre cardio blend once or twice a week.

I have Cardio Barre DVDs and Physique 57 Cardio Blast. Any other suggestions? ETA: I won't jump, arthritic knees don't like it.

Thanks, Tugger! I'll look for that. And it made me remember that Barre Amped Bounce, which I have, has a cardio chapter.

I love barlates. Linda has so many versions of barre related exercises. She is excellent.

Cathe's Turbo Barre might fit the bill.

Exhale core fusion's Cardio Pure Intensity. i generally dislike mountain climbers, but for whatever reason, i was ok with it in this one! all of the segments are barefoot - that might be the reason, or the sequencing, of why mountain climbers were OK.

21 Day Fix Barre Fix.

Tonique might be an option.

Yes she has a few cardio barre style freebies on YouTube that would also be available on dvd.

Does cardio barre mean bigger movements, or just that the segment needs to get the heart rate up?

I find that Barlates and Ballet Body lower body and total body DVDs have a good cardio effect. Not HIIT level, but moderate.

heart rate up; I am looking for chapters, not whole workouts.
