Second Onnit! Yes, they have been putting out some great workouts for free and I like they are not follow along, but you can watch the video to see the exact moves, then do the workout on your own.
I agree with everything else from above too, Scorcher is more fat loss, metabolic, cardio type work with kettlebells, but I would not consider it a strength program at all.
My favorite KB dvds are definitely the Art of Strength ones. I also like Mark DeGrasse, and one day I will revisit my Lauren Brooks, I didn't like her dvd when I did it years ago, but I have a feeling I would like it more now.
