An Unusual Workout Buddy
Hi! I did Cathe's Travel Fit outside today and had a buddy! He literally "stuck" with me through deadlifts and lunges on each side, puddle jumpers (although I did do them gently for his sake). a walk to get my husband to take his picture and push ups. He finally left when I rolled over for the next exercise. Pretty cool!

How sweet! My butterfly sighting recently was when one landed on my dogs butt. She freaked out and jumped so high like she was being attacked!

I haven't had any landing on my body but my outdoor workout (walking) companions have been the cicadas around here.
They are so loud around my house I feel like I should wear earplugs. Not as many on my walking route though. |
