I did my first ever Susan Powter workout...
Building Strength Susan Powter (1994)
I enjoyed it! I modified a bit. It was nice to do a weight workout that goes at a moderate pace so I can go heavy. Her cuing and form pointers are good. No wacky/trendy moves. I didn't find her annoying tho' others might.

I remember the infomercials well. I was already working out, so the message didn't speak to me. She was/is definitely unique!
