YouV2 workouts that you meant.
I've pretty much always been an Intermediate exerciser - with a few advanced ones here and there. And plenty of beginners. I often prefer beginner workouts because it is so easy to modify up.
I like slow and controlled
in any kind of workout. I recently did an old Susan Powter strength workout where the moves were slow, controlled and well-cued.
I can never understand how Cathe can do a 70-minute workout and still be in such a hurry! What's the rush?
