Your favorite relaxing/de stressing routine

Can I ask what your favorite relaxing routine is?

Do you have a favorite video (like yoga video) you love to follow? Do you have Favorite instructor(s) that helps with de stressing?

Or do you do something else? Perhaps you make a point to have 20 minutes of quiet time with lavender tea, or get a massage?

I feel like i have so much tension, and I want to get rid of it.

I get up very early to have alone time. I drink coffee, write in my journal and do a short guided meditation. Often I do my workout right after. I love starting my day this way. I just feel GOOD.

If I'm stressed or agitated in the day I will often listen to a short guided relaxation or meditation.

Listening to a chick lit audio book & relaxing with some herbal tea, stretching, or going for a walk

Most of Eoin Finn's Blissology DVD series (just not the strength DVD!) is very relaxing as is his fabulous Ukee Summer Flow podcast (do a Google search and stream it from one of the podcast sites) which is my all-time favorite stretchy yoga practice which flows but only has a few sun salutations in the warm-up. I also really enjoy the Yogatopia DVD, an oldie but goodie from Litsa Kapantais.

I like Kundalini Yoga to Detox & Destress by Maya Fiennes. It’s very relaxing and I always feel wonderful/blissful afterwards. It’s a bit different, so it took me a couple of times before I could really relax while doing it and get the full benefits. Most of the workout is done with your eyes closed. Sometimes I just do the warmup part. The breath work is very relaxing.
