How Exercise Changes Fat and Muscle Cells

http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/0...gn=Buffer&_r=2

For those that are science geeks like me and enjoy reading about the physiological changes that exercise imparts. I found the methylation of genes in the fat cells and muscle cells (methylation of the genes affect how those genes are expressed) really intriguing. It supports the idea that despite the DNA you were born with, you can change how that DNA plays out with your lifestyle.
