Good short strength workouts (20ish minutes)

Does anyone have suggestions for workouts that are strength (no cardio) but in the 20 minute range?

I would prefer upper and lower separate.

I am trying something new, cardio in the morning and then my strength before dinner.

I know I can shorten workouts but wasn't sure if there was a program or workouts out there already in the range.

Instructors I am not big on are Sagi, Tony Horton, BJ Gaddour

Doing a tag search on "20 minute workouts" brings up these results. It's harder to find workouts that are strictly strength! I've been running into that issue lately, so I'm hoping that someone chimes in with some recent dvds. Montenegro Method is pretty good, but the workouts are OOP and have no warm up or cool down. It's easier to find workouts closer to 30 minutes, but I understand wanting 20 minute workouts.

I hope the search brings up some workouts you want to try.

My fave is The Firm Super Body Sculpt. Upper body is about 15 minutes. Lower body is about the same.

This. I also like Body Sculpt (no Super). It's harder than SBS, and takes about 20 minutes for upper, 20 minutes for lower. SBS is led by Stephanie Corley Huckabee, and Body Sculpt is led by Jen Carman.

Tracie Long's Lift premix on her Leaning Out DVD is 20 minutes and hits almost every muscle in that time. It's another good one.

Rhonda-do you have any of KCM's dvds? She has a lot of short premixes for strength.

If you don't mind older workouts, Tamilee Webb has dvds with short segments.

I like this one too. There is also a short ab section. Each segment has warm up and stretch.

Powerfit workouts are 20 min
Jari's Get Ripped in 6 has 20 minute sections

Do you like barre? The Barre Amped DVDs are split into parts that often run 20 minutes long.
