Missi Holt - Yoga for Pain Relief

Awhile ago, a VFer posted about this set being on sale. I was interested, but it fell off my radar. I've come across it again. Did anyone ever order it? If so, what are your thoughts?

Thanks!

I bought Missi Holt's Yoga set for $14.95 a while ago. I tried a few of the practices but the Targeted Pain Relief separate DVD has one 9-minute practice for Hip Relief (#2) that I absolutely love. I do it frequently but that's the only one I still do.

Thanks Karen . Hmmm...I have hip issues. Did you find that any of the other practices were unique in their sequencing or pain relief?

I bought this a couple of years ago when it was cheap at Amazon. I've only done the Align and Alleviate disc. I like the practice. It's a little different, and I feel good after I do it. It's also a good length--about 25 minutes. It's been awhile since I've done it, so I don't remember specifics. I got it for a good price, and I'm glad to have it in my collection.

Well, I tried a couple of the "full length" practices and a few of the other Targeted, shorter practices and the only one I've done more than once is the Targeted Hips #2. I really like that one and am glad I have it. I do think the very first full length Practice was similar to the Targeted Hips Practice but didn't think the second half of it added anything.

I'm not familiar with the Missi Holt DVD, but if you are looking for therapeutic yoga, Jill Miller is offering virtual versions of several of her DVDs free through 4/15. I posted about it here:

I tried the first Back targeted practice this morning but I probably won't do it again. My back didn't feel any better afterward.
