SoAlpha exercise bundle

On a whim I purchased this. I had it over a month before I attempted to assemble it. Talk about buyer's remorse (or should I say buyer's shame!).
What a piece of crap this is.
1. the instructions say the ball should be 25 " from the floor when inflated. It is about 20".
2 the support ring is impossible to inflate. As soon as the pump is taken out of the hole any air that was in it escapes

As I said above, I'm really ashamed of my self for falling for such a con job.

Beware anyone who is even thinking of buying this. DON'T!!!!!!

I sent the company an email telling them what I think of their merchandise.
I also filed a complaint with PayPal. Hopefully this will be resolved. NEVER AGAIN!
