Not any help here, LOL, just jumping in to say that I just discovered Kristin's yoga, and I love her! She is also very sweet, we have emailed a few times, and she is very down to Earth and 'real'.

I'm not sure, as I don't do a lot of Pilates, but I've heard that one is one of the more challenging ones, so a look through the reviews section for other more challenging Pilates workouts might help.

I have it and like it, too. I also like 10 Min. Solution Pilates, which is a bit easier.

Need more information!

What do you like about the workout? Is it the advanced exercises or the fact that it's divided into short sections?

If you want flow, go with Hilary Burnett's Advanced Workout. However she does the whole Pilates syllabus without interruption. I don't have it on dvd so I don't know how well it's chaptered.

Here are some ideas:
-10 Minute Solution Rapid Results Pilates - this reminded me of Mtv Mix. It's a little easier but there are some interesting fusion moves that keeps it flowing.
-Hilary Burnett's Advanced Pilates - this one really moves fast but she only does a couple reps for everything. It's traditional pilates but packed with moves.
-Method's Pilates Target Specifics Plus w/ Elizabeth Young - it's broken into 4 sections for abs, arms, rear, legs. There are easy moves mixed with challenging moves, a fusion of yoga and pilates. This one always surprises me.
-Dynamic Power w/ Annika Carlson - this one is expensive but worth it to me. The moves are a combination of both traditional yoga and pilates with different layers of challenge.

Hilary Burnett's Intermediate Pilates. Doesn't move as fast as Advanced (which is VERY fast but not that much harder).

In my review, I also noted Hilary Burnett's Intermediate as well as Stott's Intermediate.
You might also try More than Mat Intermediate (which is all apparatus moves done on the mat) or something like the 10 Minute Solution Pilates DVDs, particularly the new one, which has a fusion of traditional Pilates plus some different moves like Kristin does.
