I like all the new band workout options, but this one doesn't appeal to me. I like low key, but I think the instructor's voice would put me to sleep.

I'm definitely buying this workout. Even if it didn't look good (which it does), I love the instructor's voice. Marisa looks terrific!

I ordered it too- looks like a great workout for cross training.
I usually like very upbeat instructors like Mindy and Chalene but I thought Key Son's voice was soothing and he seems very knowledgeable! I think Jillian Michaels raved about him on the radio one time...

Interesting "session with personal trainer" format, but I think I still prefer a class. And tons of balance work... also interesting.
