Please no leg warmers as they are too distracting and make sure no strings are hanging out - that is beyond distracting.

This has got to be the best thread on VF in forever! Thanks for all the laughs.

And please don't let your background exercisers loose things and kick them under their step. That's very distracting too. Unless of course its a tin foil hat and its part of the workout
