Wish me luck and thanks for this post!
I looked into yoga 30in30 and I am hesitant to spend $99.... I found udaya in youtube and has so many free videos, even with travis... but I do like the idea of the 30 min. Is it worth the $99?

Lots of VF youtube favorites (Yoga with Adriene, Sarah Beth yoga, Fightmaster yoga, Yoga with Tim) have 30 day challenges. That might be a nice way to go since they're set up for you and usually not overwhelming.

Since I'm just starting with this I honestly have no idea. Maybe someone else will chime in.

Thank you! I follow several yoga channels, but I had not found her. I just did her 30 minute yin yoga for stress relief and I almost fell asleep. Ahhh. I love how organized her channel is so it's easy to find any style or length.

I really like Yoga With Adriene.
She has a playlist for beginners that I do even though I am not a real beginner just to hear her suggestions. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...7jAzLbeuCUczAl
I love her grounding hints. (Ground into the feet etc.) It tightens up my core almost immediately.

I mix these in with her 30/31 day practices. She also has that nice playlist for foundations.

They all have practices that are twenty minutes or less. They include a lot of beginner and therapeutic practices, and practices for when you want to do yoga but don't want to work too hard

Enjoy!
Sherry
That yoga with Adrienne looks amazing! Thanks for sharing!

I like yoga with Adriene as well as Yoga was Kassandra.

5 Parks Yoga is good as well. That is mostly filmed in Colorado so the scenery is really nice.

I like how if you sign up they send you workouts to your email almost weekly.

There's so much good yoga on YouTube. I'd check those out before spending $99 on 30 in 30.
