Element Ballet conditioning or Ballet body (Jen Galardi)

If you were to buy only one of these, which one would you go for?
Jen Galardi's "Dancer's Body" or Elise Gulan's "Element Ballet Conditioning"?

They are both good workouts but I use Jen's way more often. Element Ballet Body is closer to a classical ballet class with traditional exercises performed at the barre (chair): pliés, tendus, développés, ronds de jambe, etc. I enjoy the exercises but the instructor's over-the-top cueing - mixing yoga imagery with lots of "dancer's body" claims - really gets on my nerves.

Ballet Body is actually closer to a jazz class than a ballet class, with a bit of upper body work with light weights and some pilates-inspired floor work. I LOVE the warmup and standing section with lots of plié variations (first position, second position, curtsy, with port de bras, etc.).

I went with Element Ballet Conditioning because it was cheaper at Amazon. JG's Ballet Body remains on my wish list for a future purchase.

I had Element ballet and did it once. I found it very challenging and not fun. I do have Ballet Body and it's enjoyable with no dread factor

I love Jennifer Gilardi's personality, but, Element Ballet conditioning is much more of a challenging workout. You feel it!

Thanks for your comments.
From the short clips on Collage, it seems like Dancer's body is more dynamic and flowing, while Element ballet seems to have a slower pace. She uses a voice over, right?

I can get Element Ballet very cheaply from Amazon UK (I'm in Germany), but Dancer's body is not available in Europe, afaik.

Ah well, Dancer's body will go on my wish list. I might make Element Ballet my last purchase this year. Maybe not....

Yes, voiceover is used in Element Ballet.

I use Jen's workout as a "fun" workout--it's just a fun easy workout with no dread.
