It is strength work with Tracie Long. It is more functional, which I like. She does not rep you to death, which I also like and Cathe, for me, has too many reps at times (I just don't think it is necessary and it has led to injury for me). That said it is less like you work biceps for 3 sets then triceps for 3 sets or whatever and more like a class where things are mixed up a bit more. I do find Tracie's workouts to be very well thought out and i think her workouts are very balanced in the muscle work she does. I like all of her more recent workouts including the newest ones.
I think I remember that if you are an amazon prime member you might have access to some of her videos. Yes, I just looked. You can do the Stronger Longers, which are great, or some of the longevity workouts (Defining Shape and Staying Power (my favorite longevity workout). Looks like there are a couple Focus workouts you can do as well. I didn't click with the Focus workouts as much.
I think the Stronger Longers are more representative of her recent stuff, but I like the Longevities as well.
