I remember doing this program in 2009... and I really built a lot of muscle.. I was impressed with the program. I may have to try it again this summer..

I love this program. I had not done it in years. I'm doing it again. It is funny the first two time I did it I didn't like the push phase but this time I'm loving it. I know heavy is relative but I'm using the heaviest weights I have ever used. I never thought I would go above 15lbs on biceps but I'm lifting 20lbs.

I'm not sure what is next. Is there anything like it?

I was wondering if there was anything like it as well. Maybe, Cathe Slow & Heavy would be similar to it?

I was checking out Amy Bento's Slo Mo Challenge. She focuses on the movements of weights both up & down like CLX.
