Walk Strong 2.0 Rotation

OMG, , Jessica's rotation is great. It has a nice variety of effective workouts that make you feel accomplished but not slayed.

I completely agree! Today is day 18 for me in the rotation and I have been adding an episode of Classical Stretch from season 11 afterward. I feel stronger, energized, accomplished, more flexible, I sleep well, stay nicely sore and everything seems to be pulling in! I also for the first time ever was able to go lower in my lunges!


ETA: Even though I am in weight loss mode, I am enjoying myself so much and feeling so many other fantastic benefits that I'm not stressing about weight loss and instead focusing on how damn good I feel both physically and mentally! I really look forward to my workouts and I'm feeling empowered and optimistic that I can keep doing this!

I totally agree! This rotation is fantastic! Lots of variety and nice mix of cardio, strength, balance and agility work. Tomorrow will be day 26 for me, and I have NEVER, EVER followed any rotation for more that 5 days.

With this rotation, I'm never bored and I'm actually looking forward to each day. Zero dread! I definitely feel stronger. I only lost couple of pounds, but I haven't adjusted my diet so I shouldn't be surprised that I haven't lost more. I have 2 more weeks to go of this rotation, and when I'm done with it, I think I will repeat it or do WS 1.0. I'm very happy with this set, and like Penny, I'm enjoying myself while working out and I'm not stressing about my weight. I just have to make up my mind to pay more attention to how much I eat (and wine!) and the weight will come off. I know what to do, I just gotta do it.
