Yeah, WTH? I am disappointed with the step portion as well. I will have to modify on the floor....

hopefully I'm interested in the other workouts, if not, money saved....

That's what I figured too, but I was optimistic.... Hopefully I'm interested in those or I will cancel.

Only Cathe could call that intermediate. There are a couple I am interested in and that is not one of them. I haven't ordered a Cathe series in a long time but I almost caved on this series. Glad I didn't. I will keep watching clips and maybe find something I want.

I was so hopeful on this series, but I'm sure I'm going to end up canceling.. Oh well, glad I have that option

I feel like there is a similarity to the Low Impact Series. I was hoping for something a little gentler, not necessarily just low impact, but I just realized this is supposed to be a HIIT style workout, so it makes sense with the intensity. I don't like step so I'll just skip that one. I need a rotation to follow and am hoping for one my injury prone body can handle

I think this looks good, but I need low impact not necessarily lower intensity. i really like the low impact series.

I really liked the clip ALOT! It had some elememts of what she's been putting in her Cathe Live workouts lately.

You can always take down the intensity of the step segment by lowering the step (or using no risers at all). The abs section looked unique in that she used the green band for some of it. The weights segment looked like it was geared toward strength and not endurance. It kind of reminded me of Burn Sets a little.

This looked good to me. It looked pretty much like Cathe low impact until she got to the blizzard section.
I liked the pace and the controlled moves during the non blizzard and weight/abs sections. The blizzard section picks up with feet off the ground impact but looks like something for a bit of a challenge. Even the ab work looked like something I would do. Usually I skip all Cathe's ab work and just do Barre 3.
I enjoyed Ripped with Hiit so much and am looking forward to these.!!!!
So far so good. Can't wait for more clips.!!!!!

I also liked her green bright shoes. Very cheerful.

I also really like the look of the clip, but I am admittedly a huge Cathe fan. I also need to lower impact, but I still like some intensity. I'm still super excited and I can't wait to get these. My initial impression is that I will skip the blizzard blasts, but I won't really know until I try them.
