For others who did it, did you lean out?
I know the whole "bulky" and women debate and how what you eat is important. Is this system good for really leaning out though?
The heaviest program I've done is Cathe's Xtrain and I saw good results from that one. Just trying to decide if I should stick with that or give BB a try.
