I will never be advanced so it doesn't bother me when I modify or do less reps than they are actually doing in the workout. I did lose 25 pounds using doing the combined rotation. I'm not going to say they were my favorite workouts I've ever done. They were fun but anything over time gets monotonous. I think many of the TapoutXT 2 workouts were over an hour. If you don't like doing planks, pushups and burpees then I would not get these. I do think it is an awesome value at 24.99. I'm not upset that I paid the full amount.
