Seasun filming soon and looking for suggestions!

Seasun just posted this on Facebook:

"What's your idea of the perfect step DVD?"

In response to my suggestion (of 2 workouts on 1 DVD, ha!) she said:

"That would be wonderful but as of right now I am sharing the day with two others."

From a conversation I had with her a few weeks ago, filming could occur in late May/early June.

This is great news - Seasun's workouts are always awesome!

I would like shorter segments that can be done separately (no TIFT from one combo to another), so I can mix and match depending on how much time I have.

Whatever she comes up with, though, I'm definitely buying. Her workouts are my go-to fun workouts.

Her workouts have always been way to complicated for me, but she is absolutely the sweetest person!

I don't know if Seasun has any interest doing more athletic, less dancy step workouts, but I'd love to see her do one! I often use the core segments of her workouts, but I've never had the patience to learn the choreography. It would be great if she did a workout that was intense but not quite as complicated as her earlier workouts.

That is so cool to hear!! She seems nice, but sometimes it's hard to tell from just a video! But I like how much fun she seems to have during her DVDs, and how she seems self depricating (like when she says, "I messed that one up, I know," etc.).

I met her a few times at the CIA seminars and she once or twice taught a special class for our VF group. I saw her a couple of years later and she came up to talk to me - even remembered my name!

I don't know if anyone else would like this, but I think it would be great if she did an all vertical step workout. I'd also like one of Seasun's great ab workouts at the end. IMHO, any step workout from Seasun will be most welcomed--she is great at creating & teaching her workouts.

That is a fantastic idea!!! The vertical step section of Seasun's The Next Step is my fave part of that workout. I would totally buy an all vertical step workout from Seasun!!!

Amy was going to make an all vertical step workout, but it never came to be. I would love to see one from Seasun!!

I attempted a Seasun workout once and whoa it was way over my choreography ability level. I wish her workouts that were more athletic vs. dancy
