Marisa Cranfill Qigong DVDS

She has seven dvds on YMAA, they are also on Amazon.

Anyone tried these yet?

I plan to purchase when YMAA has another half off sale.

I also noticed David-Dorian Ross has three new dvds.

I have the same plan Penny to purchase some of the DVDs by Marisa Cranfill at the next 50% off sale that YMA has. Anyone remember when their sales usually are?

Marisa Cranfill has QG practices on YouTube.

Glad To hear that David has some new DVDs out. I have probably everything he has put out and have liked all of them.

Pam, they have sales quiet regularly. Usually, towards the end of the year they have a greater percentage off though.

Do you have any from Daisy Lee and Deborah Davis?

Deborah has Dynamic Woman, Qigong for Menopause, Wise Woman and an older one The Spirt of Qigong. I have tried one of these and like her.

I have Daisy's Beginner Qigong for Women set from YMAA, but have yet to try.

I also like Debi Dunn, I have a couple of hers. But I think these are out of print.
I did just see a copy on Ebay, Qigong for Everyone

I have Qigong for Staying Young with Shoshanna Katzman. There is no instruction or cues just music, but I found it easy enough to follow along and like it. She did some moves unfamiliar to me.

Penny, thank you for starting this thread.

I took a look at Marisa's workouts and they look very good, so now I'm intrigued. Marisa is beautiful to watch and the locations are breathtaking.

I have many of David-Dorian Ross DVDs, but didn't know he had some new material. He always puts me in such a good mood and I enjoy his workouts, too!

Marisa has a few yin yoga (happy lungs, happy liver, happy heart) 60 minute workouts on youtube, Yoqi Yoga and Qigong.
Her happy lungs one is filmed on top of a helicopter landing pad.
I have not done any of them, though.

I just noticed Marisa Cranfill has a new dvd listed on YMAA and Amazon, Qigong Flow To Boost the Immune System. We all need that!

I have also noticed that YMAA is not having the constant sales that they were having previously.
