Old School Kickboxing

I recently purchased Kickbox Burn (Patrick Goudeau, Heather Corndorf instructing) and this is such an excellent workout. It reminds me of the old cardio kickboxing classes I used to teach! So now, of course, I'm on the hunt for some more like this.

I'm thinking Janis Saffell has some good old school kickboxing workouts, but I'm not sure which ones. I see you can purchase some individual downloads on her site.

Any other suggestions?

Her kickboxing workouts are great! I'm surprised she doesn't have more subscribers/views.

LOL, I realized after I posted the link that I should have warned people! Her videos are hilarious with the animals coming and going!

Yes! That farmgirl workout looks so much fun. The cats and dogs just make it! And I like the music.
