Kelly Coffey Meyer just mentioned another new workout coming led by college athletes!

"It's that time of year again when spring sports is coming to a close and parents are trying to figure out how to keep their athletes in shape during their off-season.
I am happy to announcethat I have the answer...for all athletes between the ages of 13 and college age, I am filming workouts that will make you faster and fitter during your off season with the use of one DVD!
There are 2, 30 minute workouts. Workout One is a conditioning workout comprised of proven drills that will increase speed and mobility in a smaller space in your own home. Workout Two is an Athletic Stretch workout that will increase flexibility which results in increased speed and decreased injury rate. Both are led by well-conditioned and experienced college age athletes that will keep you engaged and dedicated to being in shape during your off-season.

I think she is offering this for young adults but it sounds good.
