I didn't have that trouble with the Tae Bo Basic I used. The moves were pretty simple and the timing of the transitions from one move to the other worked well on the rebounder. I imagine that I would have lots of difficulty adapting a faster paced Advanced Tae Bo tape. But I'm willing to give it a try. I'm the queen of adapting tapes. I use treadmill tapes on the spin bike and elliptical and once used Hi/Lo Heaven to lift weights (I don't advise this as I kept being tempted to do the "Daphne" move with a 35# barbell).

Ropenastics

I used the rebounder with Ropenastics today and it was great! I didn't need to modify much at all. And no, I didn't use the jump rope (Heehee, can we say ambulance?).
Note to self, I can't deal with the bizarre music-less warm-up on this video and need to substitute something else.

Tried Aerojump Ace...

and it was pretty darn close to perfect for the rebounder. Plus it's a great 30 minute short workout.

A couple of the single knee lifts were a bit tricky..but I sort of flowed into my own variation.

OUCH! Didn't keep my promise.

I had promised to come up with a list of videos adaptable to the rebounder and completely forgot about it. Please forgive me--better late than never, isn't that right?

**Any FIRM "high impact" or plyometric floor aerobics segment. For example, I did a real dust bunny, "Tough Aerobics Mix"--an old parts tape--on Saturday, using the rebounder for all the floor segments--worked great.

Cathe MIC hi-lo, after the initial low impact segment. Hi-lo segments in CTX series.

Most intervals in Interval Max.

If you keep the rebounder handy--I know this won't work for people with space issues--you can hop on it for the Power-whatevers in CTX step cardio.

Cardio Kicks--all the boxer shuffles lend themselves to the rebounder.

Any Gilad floor cardio.

Actually, any athletic hi-lo that doesn't take up much space will generally work well on the rebounder--it's not my favorite style so I don't have that many to recommend.

It's great to see all the ideas on this thread!

Plyorobics Challenge with Sherry Catlin

This tape should be re-packaged as a tape specifically for the rebounder - it was almost perfect with no modifications. A couple of times I felt like I needed just a little more surface area. It had several songs from Christi's Heavenly series - I love that music! She does several drills and puts them together in combos, then I think she takes the whole thing from the top only two times so it wasn't repetitive. The moves were fairly basic - she teaches them slow then picks up the pace - there was a hopscotch move I thought was kinda cute. I liked it alot and now I'm desperately seeking Plyokick with Keli Roberts.

I got Plyorobics Challenge and PlyoSport (with Carey Bond) on the Exchange. The web address is Plyorobics - $19.95 each or all 3 for $50. Funny thing is that Greg T had Plyorobics at the CIA conference last year. I was going to buy them (and the mat) but I took part of the class and it was soooo boring on the mat.

Leslie Sansone Walk tapes

Any of the newer Leslie Sansone tapes are perfect for the rebounder.

The Walk Away the Pounds and Walk Away the Pounds for Abs are very brisk and I was able to jog and stay completely with Leslie and her gang.

I used her tapes when I had tough days/low motivation, etc. and they fit the bill. Now on the days that I want to "punch it" I pop in her new tapes and jog away!

Some tapes I've used recently: Most are 30 min. long
Walk Strong (weights and walking intervals)
Walk and Kick (walk and kick intervals)
Walk and Jog
WAP for Abs set esp. the Super Challenge 1 mile (very brisk)

I'm a hig-int. exerciser who uses Firm, Cathe, Tae-Bo but Leslie just has a likable quality to her and she makes me smile!

Happy Rebounding!!
