Me also, I dusted them off a few weeks ago and remembered what a low dread factor they have. Looking forward to clips.

I see you found the longer thread, but I'll go ahead and link it for others.

FWIW, I *really* enjoy the first workout in this set (Classic Barre). I've done it about 5-6 times in the last few weeks.

alisoncooks ~ Thank you! First of all, I like Suzanne's personality and how calm she is. So I'm already drawn to that. Barre work in general has been a struggle for me, because "old school" thoughts fill my brain. Such as, you need to break a good sweat to get good results. I've never really given Barre, Pilates, and now Callanetics a fair chance to make changes to my body.

I think I'm in a mentally good place to try it now, without sabotaging myself before I ever get started. I just might "need" to order Suzanne's WO today.

Is there a breakdown for these workouts?

Does anyone have a breakdown for these workouts? I'm really interested in them, but want to know how similar they are to Suzanne's BarreAmped workouts. A more detailed review would be really helpful.

Thanks!

Ann

I just finished Total Body Barre and it's a love fest for sure. It's feel like it's barre's version of 4-limb to me. (which I adore). Was is hard, yes, since I'm new to barre, but for the veteran barre users, probably not.

Loved her stretches and tempo. I will return to this one regularly.

One major reason I enjoyed this so much was that we were never on our toes. It was a much needed break. I don't mind being on my toes, just not every single workout. This was a nice change. Loved the floor work as well.

I actually was able to do downward dog with pretty good form. Starting to see little strength gains ... it's only taken 36 weeks.
