Unhappy Steve Edwards Died :(

I just saw this on Facebook. http://www.beachbody.com/beachbodybl...ode=sf22190462

This is so sad. I had no idea he was even sick. I loved reading his blogs and articles as he was so knowledgable about fitness and nutrition. He will be missed.

Sad to hear. I was an admirer of his way back when I was still on the BB message boards. He had fewer followers than Tony Horton did, but he was clearly the most knowledgeable and informative of anybody there.

I was shocked too to see he died at age 56 though he posted it on his blog when he was diagnosed in 2014. At the time the prognosis for recovery was good.
He was instrumental in developing many of the beachbody programs I enjoy and I always read his posts on the beachbody message boards with interest. A fitness guru for sure. His passion for cycling and climbing inspired me to try to take it outdoors, that the daily workout is just the start.
