Kia Miller yoga dvds?

I stumbled across a couple dvds on Amazon from this instructor - her style seems to be a mix of kundalini and vinyasa. She has several clips on her website here and I'm intrigued...I really like her demeanor; she seems very pleasant and down to earth. There are 2 dvds, Radiant Body Core Energy & Radiant Body Sun Energy. Has anyone tried these or her classes on Yogavibes?

Oh NO, these look WONDERFUL! I thought I was safe in looking cause I SO do not need more yoga, but I like her voice and demeanor in the clips, and the descriptions of the DVDs sound excellent.

If Mary gets these, I'll get them - lol.

It depends on the knee, and on the yoga. Kundalini is usually pretty knee-friendly, assuming you can find a seated pose that works for you.

Bumping this thread because I just realized I'm registered for a class with Kia Miller at the Yoga Journal conference in September! I didn't recognize her name when I signed up, but picked a session with her because she's the only kundalini teacher there this year.

Now I have to get a DVD - double lol.

It seems as if no one here has bought these yet? They're on the expensive side, and seem to be only available from Kia's site, and from Amazon via Kia's site. Amazon is a little cheaper if you just want one (22.93 vs 26.85, with U.S. shipping); Kia's site is cheaper for both since she offers a package deal (43.31 vs. 45.86 on Amazon).

I'm thinking I will order Sun Energy from Amazon.
