I’m glad he produced these 2 new workouts. Good for a upper/lower split routine. Trowing these 2 circuits during the week.
The ones I use often are clasified as follows:
Aero/Jump Sculpt - FB
Savage & Serene - FB
Aerobox Round 1 - UB
Skills 1,2,3 - LB
Aero/Barre ?
Killer Abs and Back - UB
I think I have the Kathy Smith workout, but I don’t use it.
