Anyone have both of her workouts, Hi/Lo Recharge and Dressed Up Drills?

Yesterday I did Dressed Up Drills for my workout and really liked it. I picked the right premix this time. Premixes are great especially if you like a lot of options. I tend to get confused and frustrated with them and just put the workout aside.

I also have her Hi/Lo Recharge but haven't attempted it in a while. This one is a straight Hi/Lo routine and different than the drills in Dressed Up Drills, correct? Anyone find Hi/Lo Recharge complicated? I think I found it confusing for some reason.

Anyways, at least I realize that I like Dressed Up Drills.

Hi/Lo Recharge is definitely more choreographed than Dressed Up Drills. Even though there is a modifier, it's more for impact and not complexity.

Also, the premixes are not as good as the ones on Dressed Up Drills. The timesaver premixes are still almost 50 minutes long.

I like them both and find that I reach for Dressed Up Drills more often as it fits my current time constraints better than Hi/Lo Recharge.

Sabine Thank you for your reply. I was thinking Hi-Lo Recharge was more choreographed but wasn't sure.

I have Hi/Lo Recharge and like it. Is Dressed up Drills repetitive? I contemplate buying this one, I just don't like a lot of repetition.

I'm not sure if you would call it repetitive. Maybe someone else can comment on that. It's drills rather than one entire routine. You learn one side, then the other, put it all together and then move on. It actually reminds me of Peak 10 without the high intensity block. I'm not good at explaining things, so maybe someone else can chime in to confirm how I explained it or say that I am completely off.
