just previewed the cardio

yeah

I'll be replacing that

I'll do the scheduled abs tonight and, probably, row for my cardio

that was a pretty good quick ab workout

well nut bunnies

I got 1/2 way through and
1) ran out of time
2) was preeeetty sure I was going to hurl 0_o

I didn't FEEL like I was over doing it

but

wow

I guess biceps tomorrow

My teenage daughter and husband are doing Body Beast together. Our 12 year old son occasionally joins them. Whenever he chooses to play video games instead, you can hear our daughter yelling in her best Sagi voice "don't be a Barbie!"

Body Beast is the ONLY strength workout that's given me "weightlifter's headache"; that's my unhappy cue that I'm pushing it and need to back off a little and check my form. Ick, nausea is even worse!

so i mixed up days some how

yesterday was a wooooonderful total day off
the heaviest thing I lifted was a book

shoulders!!!

too fast for my liking

I just kept dropping weight
and dropping

and totally giving up on the Sagi Six way
that showed me an interesting weakness
for those unfamiliar it involves lifting out to the side, moving to together in front then up above head...and all that in reverse

the move from front to above head..... I couldn't do it with weights at all

and I'm not sure why


any ideas?

I really liked the close grip front press

i think this is my fav of the set so far
and i got to use my new inclined bench
