drippy sweaty He doesn't so slow enough for me to go reeealy heavy bummed but still worked out the step up with reverse lunge.... wee bit of a balance problem there for me The nice, I'm over 40, crunchy knee noise showed it's self up*creeeekcrackle* down*cracklecreeek* yay! got through it! WHAT DO YOU MEAN 20 MIN LEFT?! ahhhhhhhhhhhhgh! *drip* *find towel* *attempt to remove feline from towel* *fail* *use the corner I can reach and get a face full of fluff* the giant set. logistical nightmare for me it's: Parallel squat Bulgarian squat and a deadlift that was a whole other thing setting up safely for a bulgarian squat takes me too much time to use in a giant set what he was calling a straight leg deadlift...baffled me I tried lets just say that, if I were a guy, the mishap while lifting the bar between my legs would have me singing soprano and doubting the possibility of future offspring. I replaced it with a regular straight legged deadlift and cranked the weight In the future I'll have to split the giant set up at this point all is fried and the little sense of balance I have was apparently used up with the step up/reverse lunge (I'm so splitting those up next time too) the single leg calf raises involved grabbing the wall so... not as much swearing but more bafflement more tomorrow....

The last time I did a Body Beast rotation, I only did the cardio workout a handful of times because the leg one had my heart rate so high that I decided to count it as strength and cardio
I love reading your thoughts on the different workouts

ahhhhh
the DOMS feeling the chest and tri workout shower this morning was an adventure legs are just wobbly and right knee is ...displeased possibly too many lunges I'm on the fence about the legs workout I'll try it again as scheduled and split up the giant set and did i mention DOMS?
