Heavy weight workouts

Do you all know of any newer dvds that are straight forward heavier weight work? Even something like Cathes pyramids. Not BodyBeast though Just a couple dvds would do! TIA

Cathe's burn sets.. you can really heavy up. Some like KCM's lift one.. did not.. but it is straight up and simple.

I really like Cathe's Burn Sets. I also just got her supersets one but haven't done it yet.

Another vote for Muscle Up. It's a two-day split in two 30-minute workouts, but you can also choose full-body premixes (30ish to 60 minutes).

I really like Muscle Up and Burn Sets, though there is no Burn Set lower body workout. Another great one is X-Train Weights workout with Karen Getz. Three 30 minute workouts, for upper body, lower body and abs.

I love Cathe's Burn Sets, Kelly's Muscle Up, and Cathe's 4 Day Split, minus the cardio portions (though I do like the kickboxing cardio). I have, but haven't tried, Drop Sets by Amy Bento. Maybe someone can chime in with their opinions on this one.
