Cathe OnDemand

Now that they have premixes on the Roku, I signed up for Cathe OnDemand.

I was able to use it last week. But now when I open it up, it kicks me out immediately. I tried restarting the Roku, deleting the channel and reinstalling it...but it still kicks me out.

I contacted support on Thursday and they said there was nothing wrong on their end and suggested I try restarting the Roku again.

I sent them another email Friday night so I'm waiting for a response. Just wondering though if anyone else has/had this problem and if it was resolved?

I noticed that Cathe said it must be a Roku 3 or higher to work. Maybe you have an older one?

Yeah it's a 3.

They posted on the Cathe forum about it - I guess there's a handful of us with this problem. I'll just have to wait til they can figure it out.

This is a typical response from Cathe, they always say it is something on your end. I had some issues with Cathe Live awhile back and they kept saying it was my setup, WiFi, whatever. Finally several people posted the same issue on the Cathe forum and I felt validated. I’m not sure why they always seem to assume it’s your issue....
