Gosh Sue - I wouldn't know the answer to that. There is an online calendar and the workouts are available under each day of the week. All I can say is that for $20 - what a steal. So much fun, so much variety and each workout feels so different. And, they are all 34 minutes each except for the abs workout. Like today I did plyo surge (I just about died - a lot of up and down, no stopping for 6 different rounds then a 20 second break). After that I did chest/shoulders - just the two moves, back and forth between heavy weights, light weights, body weight then a minute rest.
