Rippedism

I came across this program which is reasonably priced at 47 USD.

The trailer looks enticing for advanced workout junkies. I will purchase it this week. If you want to get a feel for their workouts Qinetic channel on Youtube has some free ones (just search for XFA fitness in this channel)

They are streamed. I ordered and took a peak at a few. Like the looks of them so far. They get a lot done in 35 minutes!!

Oh my.. I LOVE these workouts!! I just got hammer and chisel (looks good too.. did the first workout and liked it) and I like Rippedism much more! You can do the first upper body workout .. it's on the site under the workouts or welcome page to get an idea. I look a peak at most of them and have done 2. I think I may use this as my holiday stay in shape set and not H&Chisel. Thanks for posting the link!!

I am revising this thread as I am doing this program right now and I just love it. it's $20 US for 2 mths. I can't put my finger on it but i just love every single workout these guys offer both through rippedism, qinetic.com and on youtube. A VFer shared Qinetic.com which is where I found them - XFA. Then i learned of their rippedism program and bought it on impulse one morning because I had exhausted their workouts on Qinetic.com like 5 times over.

You really do get more cut fast!!!! Can someone help me understand why these guys are so likeable? And their workouts? The music - uhh not so great but I don't care

Gosh Sue - I wouldn't know the answer to that. There is an online calendar and the workouts are available under each day of the week. All I can say is that for $20 - what a steal. So much fun, so much variety and each workout feels so different. And, they are all 34 minutes each except for the abs workout. Like today I did plyo surge (I just about died - a lot of up and down, no stopping for 6 different rounds then a 20 second break). After that I did chest/shoulders - just the two moves, back and forth between heavy weights, light weights, body weight then a minute rest. Check them out on qinetic.com. try their arms intensity workout or their cardio legs workout or their total body workout or all of them! the rippedism program is even better!!!!

SO can you tell us more about the workouts? What kind of equipment do you use? How much space does it take?

It looks really interesting.
