Have Joyce...do I need Body Beast?
I have most of Joyce Vedral's dvds. Is there anything special or different about Body Beast that makes it a must own?

It's no contest - I'd rather work out with Sagi over Joyce any day! Other than that, it's a progressive 90 program. But I don't actually have any Joyce DVDs so someone else should chime in.

YES!I just got done with Block 2 today and have to say I LOVE this SET. I have never felt so strong. ITA about Sagi being more tolerable than Joyce. This set is just designed so well.
