Beachbody Functional Fight?
Apparently BB previewed this new workout concept at a recent retreat. It was created by Joel Freeman and Jericho McMathewes from Les Mill. I think it is a BOD exclusive. Seems like they're trying To compete against LM.

Jericho is in that kickbox workout with Tracey S and Josef. I thought she had great form. I'm interested.

In the video description is says this was a preview of "their new Beachbody on Demand workout concept" so it seems they plan to do this on Demand only and not on DVD? It looks a lot like LM Combat to me, which I already have, and I'm not seeing anything new here--at least not in the clips that were shown.

I'm down for nearly any kickboxing/fighting type concept, especially when they have the potential of good beachbody music.
I agree, there is nothing unique about this workout at all, but I always wanted a Jericho led workout, I like her. BUT with that said, if it's streaming only, I likely won't be doing these. |
