I did the bonus Mobility Maximizer last night (30 minutes) and LOVED it.
It is not just standing there rolling your ankles and knees. It is stretching and moving around in the stretches. He hits your shoulders, chest, back, triceps, hips, knees and ankles, upper back. This video from his website is a good example of the kinds of things he has you doing: http://www.bjgaddour.com/the-daily-d...obility-matrix ETA: I also did workout 2 The Incinerator yesterday. I really liked it! I think my favorite will be #3, which I have only previewed yet. The 20 seconds on 10 seconds off (tabata-ish) format is interesting. For my husband it's like Hiit tabata training because he is less conditioned than I am. For me it's just a nice sweaty active workout. BJ's pace isn't very fast, and I found myself going faster than him sometimes. To amp the workout up, I think going as fast as you can is the key. Also, in BJ's defense, I can't do spider mt climbers in a low pushup position, so sometimes I'm doing an easier exercise than BJ is doing. |
