Hello Everyone!

RWH Low Impact Two

Allison - I really like Beast workouts but doing weights every day wasn't going to work for me right now. I plan to incorporate Beast into my Cathe rotations. I really enjoyed the Legs and Back & Bicep routines. Shoulders - I wasn't crazy about because it felt like just too much, for me. I enjoyed Chest (still felt like too many sets) and Triceps. Enjoyed Sagi though, I did a lot of giggling. The faces the men made while lifting cracked me up. I had a hard time focusing sometimes. lol. I'm sure I didn't look any better.

I ran 2 5-minute intervals in a 23 minute treadmill run. Just following my miCoach training plan.

Hee, especially Nick with that weird open-mouth smile/grimace thing he does! What a goof. Totally get you on the sets overkill; I like all the Beast workouts but both Chests feel like endless sets of chest press/chest fly.

I think we're still workout twins: I'm doing a modified eight-week Beast/Cathe rotation right now - alternating weeks of Bulk and Build with Cathe's Ripped with HiiT/Low Impact Series rotation.
