For those of us without Essentrics TV, this will have to do for now:

Sigh.

They have the new Essentrics "Ultimate Stretch" listed as part of the Essentrics bundle that's 20% off. That's weird that it's not available separately.

Sorry, I know this is off of the main topic, but what workouts do you all do in addition to CS? I like these workouts and they make me feel good, but there is definitely not enough upper body work or cardio for me. What else do you all do for add on? Trying to figure out how to fit it all in!!

Right now I'm doing CS/Essentrics with ballet body upper work and rebounding.

I do T-Tapp and any number of Barre workouts with CS. A couple of times a month I'll throw in some Margaret Richards or some KCM or some other weighted workout (not too often, simply because I don't have the time).

My upper body strength is fairly good for a 58 year old woman. I can lift my 60 pound television (yes, it's old), and I carry 50 pound bags of feed, lifting them from the trunk of my car, and lifting them to fill the feed barrel. I do these easily, and I very seldom think about working on upper body strength.

CS is more of a therapeutic stretchy add on for me. I do lots of cardio - rebounding, low impact aerobics & step, walking, and swimming. I also do some kettlebells and lots of restorative/yin yoga.

Me too! Love that it's 20 minutes. I'm trying to figure how to work in some short weights and short cardio to round things out.

I do a lot of walking and in the winter skiing. Sometimes Ellen Barrett or a short barre. Right now I'm liking the longer CS workouts or doing an all standing workout followed by some floorwork and stretching.

CS is the core of my workouts. Miranda's trademarks address my back pain like nothing else.
