New/Upcoming Release The Anarchy Workout

I received an email from Men's Health/Rodale about a new workout DVD set coming out called The Anarchy Workout.

It's 6 30 minute workouts and 2 15 minute workouts on 3 DVDs. It says you'll only need one set of dumbells and 6 feet of workout space. It's led by Andy Speer, who won the Next Great Trainer contest that BJ Gaddour (who I have a total crush on) was a judge on. Frankly, it had me at 30 minutes.

I'll be incorporating these workouts into a rotation in the next two weeks and hope to write a review at that time.
