Christine, you may be right. I might only be able to focus on strength OR endurance. Just have to figure out which is more of a priority right now. I do like that TapOut incorporates lots of pushups and core work.
Jenn here is my Tracie Long rotation. It's six weeks, and because I had to start over twice, I'm into week six. So, I'll be on it for eight weeks. As for STS or Xtrain, I was thinking about STS, but I think it requires more time that I have in the mornings. And Xtrain...love it! But I'm trying to work through virgins too . Sabine, can you post that rotation? Seems like it would be intense.
