does anyone use the hiit-style barbell?

Hi,

I like using a barbell to work my lower body. I have a classic straight barbell, that I put a cushion over to make more comfortable. The barbells used in the Daily Hiit workouts look appealing? Does anyone have one of these? Like, dislike, advice? thanks.

When I google " barbells Daily Hiit " for images, a number of styles show up.

Is there a specific one you're thinking of?

Not a Hiit style, but I have an EZ Curl barbell that I bought at K-Mart for $14.00. It has a modified curl, not an extreme one. I love it and use it all the time. It just seems to fit my body better. For example when I do biceps curls, it works better to have my hands at a slight angle rather than the way they would be on a straight line barbell. The only disadvantage is that I cannot put a pad on it.

What I would recommend, is to visit a sporting goods store and look at the various barbells available. Handle them and see what feels comfortable. You might even be able to take one home and try it out. After you've done that, make a decision.

The Hiit barbell looks interesting, but I'm happy with what I have. I think if you do some searching, you will make the best choice for yourself.
