I downloaded the app onto my iPad. It was only 6mb. It gives you easy organized access to her YouTube videos. (The videos are organized by workout types). The app is free. There is an optional monthly fee of 99 cents for her monthly workout calendar which I subscribed to. I don't mind subscribing since she has been so generous with her workouts.
