I'm totally cheering you on. You are at a good place - the place where you take a stand and say - NO MORE!!!!
I would of said that I have absolutely no willpower or resolve before I did it and I was simply amazed at myself. I put my foot down - I made healthy choices and said no to anyone who was going to steer me wrong. I was so completely petrified of not being health ever again that I did the hard stuff. I'm so glad I did. So I know this is so cliche - and you've probably heard it a million other times - but If I can do it - then anyone can!!!

Definitely know the feeling - don't lose sight of what you want. Put reminders all around the house, and several where you spend most of your time. Just simple post-its are enough, but constant reminders really help.
Best wishes - stick with it!!

You go girl ! You are in the right state of mind to start making changes. I know you can do it because I did, even though I am a 55 year old with arthritis in both knees and a frozen shoulder. Thanks to workout videos donated by generous VFers I was able to restart after a one year hiatus and a painful journey into depression. I have lost 30 Lbs since January and rekindled my love of exercise. I sent you a longish message with an offer to send you videos to help you on your journey.
