Cheaper TRX Option

I would love a TRX, but it is pricey. I was looking at cheaper options, especially if I can just loop it around my pull up bar. I can't do a ceiling mount and know that is the best option. I am addicted to Studio on Demand and want to try some of their TRX workouts.

I was looking at:
Rip 60
Jungle Gym
WOSS 3000 Equalizer Trainer

TIA for any feedback!

Try googling Homemade TRX. There are lots of videos showing how to make your own out of things purchased at Lowes or Home Depot. They look pretty easy to do and will save you tons of money.

I bought a Jungle Gym based on this thread "Can we talk suspension trainers" and I am really happy with it. I like that it can be attached to two separate points (although it can be hooked together in a Y configuration like TRX) and the handles are much easier to put your feet into relative to the cradles. The handles are also more secure, or at least they feel that way to me.

Cons are that they don't seem as easy to transport as TRX. I can see throwing a TRX into a suitcase for travel but the rigid handles of the Jungle Gym would be less amenable to it. I think the hardware is a bit bulkier too.

I like them both, but at the time I was shopping the Jungle Gym had the best price. Although, as you can see from the old thread, it might be possible to get a TRX at the same price during a flash sale.

I've heard good things about the WOSS and am thinking about getting it as a backup for travel.
